Morning Bowl

Oats, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, peanut butter, mulberries, papaya, pecans, mango, strawberries, blackberries, banana and nectarine with hemp seed.
6-8 servings


  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons organic coconut sugar or stevia  (optional)

Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Turn to low and let sit overnight for about 8 hours or until creamy. Serve with: nut butter, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, berries, dried fruit, chia seeds, etc.
